1. First-Round Registration

• Deadline: Open now through November 12, 2026
• Selection & Support: After the first round closes, we will select outstanding participants to receive full financial support for local expenses, which covers both the registration fee and accommodation.
• Please note: Round-trip travel is not covered and is at the participants' own expense.

2. Regular / Late Registration

Participants who are not selected for financial support, or those who register after the first-round deadline, may still attend by paying the standard registration fee.
